How do I add an Employee to another fund?

You can easily add new Employees either directly into SCH Online or as part of uploading your payroll file.

Direct Entry Contribution

Go to "Employee Management" then click on the "Add Employee" page, you will have an option to choose whether the member belongs to your default fund or to another fund. We refer to these other funds as choice funds. You can look for the required fund using the ‘Search Fund’ feature.

Payroll File Upload Contribution

If you are uploading a payroll file, your new employees will automatically be created as part of the file upload process. Please refer to How do I upload my payroll file and make a contribution?Opens in new window
